Churches Planting Churches

We believe local, Gospel-centered churches are the primary way the Good News spreads to the world.

Acts 29 Network

Gospel Life Church is part of the global Acts 29 Network. Acts 29 exists to plant churches worldwide by recruiting, assessing, training, and supporting church planters. They offer church leaders decades of experience-proven training, guidance, and tools for planting churches designed to grow and thrive. The call to make disciples is answered most effectively through gospel-centered churches—join us in the mission.

Partners in the Gospel

Jeremiah & Kathryn Thomas

Church of the City
Brampton, Canada
Jeremiah serves at Church of the City in Brampton, Canada, a city with a vibrant Indian population. In a community where Hinduism is the main religion, Jeremiah’s mission is to reach his own people with the Gospel. By planting seeds of faith in Canada, he is helping to spread the Good News back to India as families travel between the two nations.

Noah & Ali Coates

Waypoint Church
Overland, MO
In Noah's words, "We are not just planting a church - we are bringing the Gospel into a beautiful community, with a vision for genuine renewal and a heart to see Revelation 7:9 become more than a verse. Where every tribe, every tongue, and every nation, worship the Lamb together. Not just in heaven someday, but in Overland, Missouri, today."

Gospel Life Church

Cape Girardeau, MO
Gospel Life Church Cape was our original home. As the first of our two locations, it paved the way for the planting of GLC Jackson. Today, we function as sister churches—two distinct bodies united by one mission: helping people submit their whole lives to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

Jonno & Alyssa Engelking

Prayerfully Preparing for Overseas Missions
After completing training for the mission field, Jonno and Alyssa are currently navigating a season of waiting. Due to health and timing roadblocks, their path to an unreached people group has been delayed. They are seeking the Lord's direction for their next steps and their ultimate destination—whether in the Philippines or wherever He leads next. Their heart remains set on serving the nations, and they await His perfect timing to go.

Heights Community

Collinsville, IL
Heights Community (Metro East St. Louis) is on mission to plant a new Hispanic congregation. Driven by the vision of a church for every nation, tribe, and tongue, we are investing in this work to see the Gospel spread across linguistic and cultural lines.

Nick Grassi

SEMO Football Team Chaplin
Having come to know Jesus through the game of football, Nick is deeply passionate about reaching the next generation of athletes. Today, he serves as a chaplain and mentor to the SEMO Football team of over 100 players/coaches. His mission is to equip them to lead faithfully, not just on the field, but in every rhythm of their lives.
